* In the event that the Doctor has assessed that the patient is not suitable for an LPA, the fee will not be refundable. To avoid situations like this, if the patient has a medical condition (e.g. dementia, stroke, mental illnesses) that affects the capacity of the patient to make an informed decision, you may choose to arrange a preliminary video consult $18 nett with Doctor. Also, you must ensure that the donor is able to express a clear understanding of the LPA during assessment.
